WORLD NARCISSISTIC ABUSE AWARENESS 5K WALK FOR SURVIVORS

Narcissistic Abuse Survivors, Inc. (NAS) is a nonprofit organization designed to help women get to the root of why they attract people who hurt them.

Our goal is to help bring global awareness to the impact of emotional and mental abuse of women and teach them how to trust their inner voice. Money raised will allow us to provide resources, services, and programs to our community. We are dedicated to showing you how to: identify the red flags of a narcissist | Heal from the cycle of abuse | Have an abundance of self-love | Recover and live a life of joy

The day of the Walk, registered participants will receive t-shirts, bottled water, healthy snacks, and an opportunity to win raffle prizes and giveaways!

7:30 a.m.- Registration. Check-in and stretch.

8:00 a.m.- 5K Walk starts

9:30-10:30 a.m. – Ending ceremony - Meet our Founder and CEO

Certificates will be given to all registered participants.

Women and girls of all ages and backgrounds impacted by narcissistic abuse, or with loved ones affected by the trauma of abuse are encouraged to participate and enjoy the comradery. We will walk 3 times around the lake to complete the 5K distance. The Walk will be given 1 ½ hour for completion.

How YOU can participate:

Individual 5K Walker - All Walkers must register to participate

Be a Team Captain - Rally friends, family, & colleagues to recruit at least 10 members on your team

Donor – If you’re unable to join us, we hope you will support us with a donation to our non-profit organization. Donations should be made online.
